from idea to creation…
✏️ Sketch
Every piece begins in my notebook, where ideas are freely sketched, explored, and refined. This stage is intuitive—shapes, textures, and concepts take form alongside notes and evolving inspiration.

The concept is then brought into Blender, where I carefully build each form in 3D. This is an iterative process, with ongoing adjustments and new ideas developing as the piece comes to life.
AI Use & Transparency
At Honey Swamp, every piece is rooted in creativity, intention, and a love for handcrafted expression. We believe in being open about how our work is made, including the thoughtful use of modern tools.
From time to time, we may use artificial intelligence (AI) in a limited, supportive role within our creative process. This can include assistance with visual concept development, refining written content, or supporting technical scripting for our website.
Every AI-assisted element is carefully reviewed, edited, and finalized by a human to ensure it reflects the artistic style, quality, and authenticity that define Honey Swamp. AI is never used as a replacement for creativity, but rather as a tool to help bring ideas to life more efficiently.
We remain committed to originality, transparency, and meaningful design. The heart of Honey Swamp will always be human creativity, with technology used only as a gentle support along the way.
🎨 Texture
Using Substance Painter, I develop rich surfaces and materials. I often hand-paint details directly onto my work, adding depth, personality, and a more organic, handcrafted feel.
✨ Finish
Final touches are added with care—refining details, ensuring cohesion, and preparing each piece for presentation. At this stage, everything is thoughtfully reviewed to reflect the Honey Swamp aesthetic and quality.

About Me
Hi, I’m the creator behind Honey Swamp — an artist, graphic designer, wife, and mother with a passion for building imaginative worlds and meaningful experiences through art and design.
With a degree in Graphic Design and years of creative experience, I’ve always been drawn to storytelling through visuals, branding, and original creations. My creative journey began long before Honey Swamp, including owning and operating Sass, a former Second Life brand known for its unique style and community presence.
Today, Honey Swamp allows me to blend creativity across both virtual and real-world spaces through original characters, virtual goods for Second Life, and physical artwork and merchandise.
Beyond design, community has always been an important part of who I am. I currently serve as a Creative Lead for Relay for Life of Second Life and proudly captain the Mama Bears team, helping bring people together through creativity, fundraising, and support for a meaningful cause.
My work is inspired by imagination, nature, storytelling, and the beauty of creating things that feel both whimsical and personal. Whether I’m designing characters, creating art, or building experiences, my goal is always to make something that connects with people and leaves a little spark of magic behind.
Welcome to Honey Swamp — where creativity grows a little wild and a little sweet.
